FAQ
Before you scan.
Is the AI result always accurate?
No. Results may be incomplete or incorrect. Always confirm allergens, alcohol content, ingredients and safety information on the product label or with the producer.
What does one credit cover?
One successful free-plan analysis uses one credit. If LabelSip cannot identify a drink or the analysis fails, the server is designed not to charge the credit.
How do I restore an earlier purchase?
Open Settings in LabelSip and select Restore Purchases. Eligible earlier purchases keep their benefits as Legacy Premium.
How do I cancel Premium?
Manage the subscription through the store account used to purchase it. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
AIの結果は必ず正確ですか？
必ずしも正確ではありません。原材料、アレルゲン、アルコール度数、安全に関する情報は、商品ラベルや製造者の情報で必ずご確認ください。
Premiumを解約するには？
購入に使用したApp StoreまたはGoogle Playのサブスクリプション設定から解約してください。アプリを削除しただけでは解約されません。
